It’s Spring and that means one thing for J D’Cruz – the Royal Windsor Horse Show! As our debut at the show was so successful last year, we’re taking a space again in 2018 to show off our bags, accessories and homewares at the show and we’re so excited to be galloping there again!
The Royal Windsor Horse Show runs from 9-13 May and this year it celebrates its Diamond anniversary – compared to the 75 years that the show has been going, we’re mere spring chicks! It’s the biggest show we attend and the perfect place to showcase our unique, handmade leather items. Last year was a very new and very busy experience, it was amazing to rub shoulders with established brands and new designers in the huge shopping area at Windsor.
This year, we will be taking a wide range of our favourite bags and offering some great deals to visitors at the show. A couple of our feature pieces will be the satchel and the saddle bag – ideal for a day out in the country!

Although our centrepiece unique leather printed chaise has been sold, we will be showcasing some gorgeous home furnishings at the Royal Windsor Horse Show. We’ll have some gorgeous cushions and our unique ottoman and footstool pieces on sale. Not only do these items make our stand look elegant and homely, they add a new twist to our hand-printed items and are always super popular.
If you can’t get down to Windsor but would like an experience to remember, why not get stuck into a unique project of your own? Either side of our trip to Windsor, we are running an upholstery workshop on Saturday 28th April and Saturday 19th May – come and join us to print, paint and upholster a small chair.
At the one day workshop (just £99 to take part), participants get the chance to experiment with leather or suede print making with silk screens, creating your own leather hides which you will then upholster on to a small personalised decorative chair. An ideal gift for a loved one or a stunning piece for your home, this workshop is enjoyable for complete beginners or more experienced screen printers.
